Qualifications
• Bachelor or higher degree in Coatings Technology or in Chemistry, Polymer Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of proven track record in:
Developing new resins for major industrial clients
Managing the functioning of a resin manufacturing unit
Providing adequate customer service & technical support
• Proven ability in developing new technologies from idea phase to successful commercialization.
Job responsibilities
• Develop new and current products to meet customer needs
• Manufacture of new development products in the laboratory.
• In process and final product testing on development products.
• Performance testing on development products.
• Evaluation of new raw material (new or existing from a new supplier).
• Evaluation of competitors products.
• Batch controlling in the laboratory.
• Evaluation of raw materials and finished product.
• Quality control on development products
